Ritika Mishra is a postgraduate student of Global Studies at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, and is also pursuing an M.A. in Political Science from the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi. She specializes in research, policy analysis, and team management, with certifications in IT Applications, Employability Skills Enhancement, and Public Policy and Governance through the NITI Summer School by Think India.

Her professional experience includes internships at DLF, the Delhi Literature Festival, Creative Economic Forum, and ICSSR, where she contributed to evaluating the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana policy across multiple states. Ritika also participated in data collection for the Indian Election Study 2024, conducted by SHD Research Foundation and DALES.
