Dr. Deepak Kumar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi. He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi. His research interests include linguicism, linguistic and human rights, social exclusion, political theory, and election studies. He has been associated with research studies funded by ICSSR and ICHR, working as a lead researcher on issues such as education, inclusion, and Indian thought.

He is also working as Research Associate in the ICSSR-funded project, ‘Cooperative Federalism and Access to Education: A Study of Selected Aspirational Districts in India.’ Dr. Kumar has authored several research papers and book chapters published by renowned publishers. Additionally, he has presented research papers at prestigious national and international conferences held in various states across India.
